Adam and Natascha Got Married!

Visit to Temple Square

We all took a trip down to Temple Square the day before my brother Adam got married in the Salt Lake Temple. We watched the Joseph Smith movie and walked the grounds. The temple grounds has such a wonderful spirit and I think it was a testimony building experience for all of us.

24th of July at Grandpa's

Grandpa Mortensen's house is always a place of high adventure.  Water guns, big waterslides, sprinklers, pools, yummy food (aka junk food) and tons of cousins make Grandpa's THE favorite place to go!

Woo Hoo, Lagoon!!!

Rachel is a little dare-devil. She was barely tall enough to ride many of the rides. She wanted to ride every scary roller-coaster she could!

Nothing beats enjoying the summer at Lagoon with my four beautiful daughters. (Michael got to stay with Grandma and Grandma Mortensen for the day) We enjoyed crazy roller coasters, waterslides, and lazy rivers. My niece, Lace, came with us. So much fun!

The Log Ride at Lagoon was our all time favorite. We got soaked! So much fun! :)

Garage Sale Mania

I would have much rather just donated our junk to DI, but Laurie and Megan were insistant that we have a garage sale. They helped gather their old items, price them, and organize them on tables. It wasn't enough to sell our junk, they wanted to sell muffins too. :) We didn't do too bad. $500. Paid for our trip to Lagoon!
